Drivers MUST report for breathalyzer at least one hour before Est. Post Time.
Horses are not permitted in unassigned stalls without permission from the Paddock Judge.
No equipment is permitted in Bath Stalls - Bath Stall time limit is 15 minutes.
Caretakers must tend to their horses at all times unless excused by a racing official.
